Ms. Shivaleela Choodi
They bring over 15 years of rich experience supporting neurodivergent learners, including children with Autism, ADHD, language delays, and slow learning. With dual Master’s degrees in Mathematics and Applied Psychology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning Disabilities, they are also RCI-certified in Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Specific Learning Disabilities. Their expertise lies in functional and life-skills training, and they are certified in SOI (Structure of Intellect) as well as career guidance for students in grades 8 to 10. Over the years, they have conducted impactful awareness programs across India, training more than 500 teachers, B.Ed students, and community members on inclusive education and neurodiversity. Their work extends to delivering online workshops focused on enhancing perceptual and attention skills. With a compassionate and strategic approach, they have successfully supported over 400 neurodivergent students in improving their academic and daily living skills, making them a highly trusted and experienced special educator.
Ms. Abirami Umasankar
With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the field of special education, they hold an M.Sc. in Life Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning Disabilities, and are RCI-certified in Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Specific Learning Disabilities. As the Head of Special Education Departments in mainstream schools for more than a decade, they have provided expert guidance to over 350 children with diverse learning needs. Their efforts have led to successfully securing CBSE accommodations for more than 15 students in grades 9 to 12. A passionate educator and parent coach, they have trained over 300 parents in effective academic strategies tailored to individual learning styles. Their hands-on experience spans working with children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, and SLD. They have also designed life skills curricula aligned with CBSE standards and curated differentiated content for students in grades 5–8, making them a well-rounded and impactful contributor to inclusive education.
