Session Policy

School Readiness Program – Group Sessions Policy

Advance payment is mandatory on or before the 5th of every month to continue attending sessions in the School Readiness Program.
This is a group-based program, and sessions are conducted as per the fixed schedule.
Sessions missed due to absenteeism (including illness, travel, or personal reasons) will not be carried forward or adjusted.
General holidays observed during the month are included in the program structure and will not be compensated with extra sessions.
Parents are encouraged to ensure regular attendance to support consistency and progress.

After-School Program – One-on-One Sessions Policy

Advance payment is mandatory for all one-on-one sessions.
Sessions will be scheduled only after payment is received.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or withdrawal.
Fees are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another child, program..
We request that any session cancellations be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be compensated or rescheduled.
Regular and punctual attendance is encouraged to ensure maximum benefit from the enrolled program.

Session Scheduling:

All sessions are scheduled in advance and based on available slots.
Slots are non-transferable and fixed unless prior changes are mutually agreed upon.
Session timings are fixed, late attendance will not be compensated and transferred to ensure smooth sessions for all students..

Session Validity:

Sessions must be completed within the *monthly/term schedule*.

Rescheduling and Makeup Sessions

We allow up to *1 rescheduled session per month*, subject to slot availability and

prior notice of at least 24hrs.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed *within the same calendar month.

We discourage last-minute cancellations, as they disrupt the flow of sessions and

resource planning.
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance for any rescheduling or cancellations.

Same-day cancellations may not be accommodated or adjusted.

These terms are framed to ensure that structure, fairness and consistency ismaintained for families and staff alike. We appreciate and thank you for yourunderstanding. We shall endeavour to support genuine cases, while keeping in mindthe centre's operational flow.
